Including but not limited to: Wrightsville Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Holden Beach, Shallotte, Bolivia, Leland, Carolina Shores, Myrtle Beach, Little River, etc.

We do offer after-hour, weekend, and holiday service. Our emergency/after hour rates are listed below...

What are our rates?

Road Call Fee: $99, up to 25 miles, greater distances by quote.
- This does not include any diagnostic/labor charge.

Hourly labor charge: $150/hour - minimum 1 hour charge.

Emergency/After Hours: $250/hour - minimum 1 hour charge.

Our technicians will provide estimates for any repairs or maintenance prior to completing. These estimates are based off of “flat rate” labor times, and may not always reflect the amount of time spent on a repair.

Do we perform any Warranty repairs?

We accept all major extended warranty companies. All repairs must be approved by the extended warranty company prior to completion.

Coastal Carolina RV can perform warranty work through manufacturer warranties (Keystone, Thor, Jayco, Forest River, Grand Design etc.) However, most manufacturers require pre-approval, or will only reimburse owners for services rendered under warranty. We are happy to perform repairs and provide a detailed invoice, photos, and all information needed to request reimbursement from your manufacturer.

What warranty do we provide on our services?

All repairs performed by Coastal Carolina RV come with a 90 day labor guarantee. Any parts purchased provide by Coastal Carolina RV are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty on the part. Please be sure to fill out and process any paperwork or warranty cards that are provided with the part or appliance.

Sunday: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Emergency Hours)

Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Emergency Hours)
